Refund policy

In case you want to return the item you receive, send a return application e-mail to kokskaste@kokskaste.lv within 5 business days, where you can add the reason for the return and add a photo of the item you received. The tree in the box will help you return and transfer the money you paid back to your account. The tree does not return the postal expenses in the box and does not cover the return expenses of the item.
